Billine understands capture lines in one language at a time: English or Spanish. The first time you open Billine, it picks your device’s language if that’s one of the two, and English otherwise. After that it’s a setting of its own, separate from the language the app is in.
Switch to Spanish
If your device was in Spanish when you first opened Billine, capture is in Spanish already. Otherwise:
- Open Settings.
- In Capture, choose Español.
- Try a line in the field below it, like
pagar la renta mañana ~15m, and watch the chips appear.
With iCloud sync on, the choice follows you to your other devices. The app’s own language follows your device’s language settings, as usual.
What changes
- Days, times and repeats are read in Spanish:
mañana,el viernes,a las 9am,para el lunes,cada mes,recuérdame a las 15:45. !hoycommits to today, instead of!today.- Projects, labels and estimates (
/casa,#recibos,~30m) work the same in both. - Accents are optional:
mananaworks.
The full Spanish list is on the Spanish version of Capture grammar.
