- Open Settings › Your data › Import. On iPad and Mac, File › Import… or ⌘⇧I.
- Choose Apple Reminders, and allow access when asked. Billine reads your reminders only now, and never changes them.
- Turn on Include completed tasks if you want those too.
- Check the preview: Ready to import lists what will come in, project by project.
- Tap Import.
What comes across
- Each list becomes a project, and your default list goes to the Inbox.
- Titles, notes and links, due dates and times come along.
- An alert becomes a Billine reminder.
- Simple repeats come along. A repeat Billine can’t follow, like “the second Tuesday”, is written into the task’s notes so you can set it again.
Safe to try
Importing only adds: anything already in Billine stays as it is, and importing the same thing twice adds nothing the second time. If you don’t like the result, tap Undo Import in the message at the bottom (or press ⌘Z), and exactly what was added is removed.
The same screen imports a Billine backup (JSON), and backups from Todoist and Things.
