Billine’s Siri phrases work as soon as the app is installed and has been opened once. Each one names Billine at the end.
Add a task
Say “Add a task in Billine”. Siri asks “What do you need to do?”, and you say the task the way you’d type it:
call the dentist tomorrow at 9 ~15mSaved as call the dentist
- Tomorrow
- 9:00 AM
- 15m
Siri answers “Added call the dentist for tomorrow.” or, with no day, “Added … to your inbox.”
Siri always asks for the task in a second step. Apple doesn’t let an app’s phrase include free-form words, so “Add call the dentist to Billine” in one breath won’t work.
Good to know
What you say is read in your capture language. If you speak Spanish to Siri, set Settings › Capture to Español, or dates stay in the title. See Capture in Spanish.
Every phrase

In the Shortcuts app
Every phrase is also an action in Shortcuts, plus one more: Commit a task to today, which says how much free time is left or how far over the day is. Use them in your own shortcuts, or put Open in Billine or Quick capture on the Action button.
If Siri says it can’t find Billine, open Billine once, then check that Siri is allowed for it in Settings › Apps › Billine › Siri.
