Formats
| Format | What it’s for | |
|---|---|---|
| JSON | Everything, exactly: to keep, or to bring back later with Import. | Free |
| CSV | One row per task, for Numbers or Excel. | Free |
| Markdown | A checklist for Obsidian, Bear or any notes app. | Pro |
| TaskPaper | Plain text with projects and @tags. | Pro |
| iCalendar | Dated tasks as events, beside your meetings. | Pro |
| A tidy document to print or send. | Pro | |
| HTML | A web page that opens anywhere. | Pro |
For the Pro formats, Include completed tasks decides whether finished tasks come too. JSON and CSV always hold everything.
Good to know
Exports don’t include attached files. To keep one, open it from its task and use Share.
Your data always leaves with you: JSON and CSV stay free, with or without Billine Pro, and Billine never holds your tasks back.
