Areas, projects and labels you archived, and projects you completed, ready to restore or reopen.

Open Archive: in Browse on iPhone, under Review in the sidebar on iPad and Mac.

It lists what you’ve put away:

  • Areas, projects and labels you archived. Tap Restore to bring one back to the sidebar. A restored project gets back exactly the open tasks that went to the Graveyard when it was archived.
  • Completed projects. Tap Reopen to make one active again.

Billine never deletes an area, a project or a label. Archiving is how you clear them away.

  • Projects Group the tasks that belong to one outcome, see how far along it is, and finish or archive it when it's done.
  • Areas Areas hold projects that belong together, like Work or Home.
  • The Graveyard Every task you let go waits here, grouped by month. Nothing in it is deleted, and any of it can come back.
